​Various options available for staff and students of all ages. 

A half term program is available for primary children consisting of 6 weekly after school sessions. These can be funded by the school or by parents; minimum 10 children and a maximum of 15. A three hour stress reduction workshop is available for staff or a 6 week after school program of 40 minutes relaxation sessions.

A pre-school pickup session can be arranged for parents if this is in demand. This would follow the programme set out for the children, so parents can chat about the subject with their children at home and even practice with them, thus embedding the practice into the family encouraging a more harmonious and calm family life.
