These Stress Reduction Workshops are one off sessions. (light yoga can also be included)


We examine the connections between our brains and bodies, and notice how we think affects us physically; if we are stressed this often results in poor health and a low mood (not good for work!)

Paying attention to how our nervous system works helps us better understand our need to manage stress and so we begin to learn various mindful breathing techniques to help us manage these stresses and become more calm and relaxed.  


Maximum of 15 people. 

Lunchtime sessions are also available depending on location.
